Terms of service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern the use of mySearch, a service that extracts and enriches public business data from Google Maps.

What the service does

mySearch sweeps a geographic area for a given category of business and returns the information those businesses publish themselves: company name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, rating and review count.

When enrichment is enabled, the service also visits each business's website to extract publicly displayed contact details and to run a technical audit of the site.

Results are yours to export and use. We claim no ownership over the files you generate.

Account and access

An account is personal to the organisation that creates it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your API keys secret; any request signed with your key is treated as yours.

We may suspend an account that puts the service at risk — sustained abnormal load, attempts to bypass quotas, or use that exposes us to legal action.

Quotas and billing

Each plan includes a monthly volume of leads. A lead is a business that has been extracted and kept after your filters have been applied; results your filters discard do not consume quota.

Quotas reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; your exports remain downloadable for your plan's retention period.

Prices are shown excluding tax and billed in euros. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How you may use the data

The data is intended for business-to-business prospecting. You are responsible for the use you make of it, and in particular for complying with the rules that apply to commercial solicitation in the countries you target — the GDPR in Europe, and opt-out registers where they exist.

You may not resell the raw data as a database product, nor use it to build a directory that competes with the sources it came from.

Availability and liability

The service depends on a third-party source we do not control. Its format can change without notice, and some searches may return less than expected. We make no guarantee of exhaustiveness or of uninterrupted availability.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, in particular loss of business or of opportunity.

Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least thirty days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance.
