User account

Plans & billing

• Paid plans with varying features and quotas.
• Payments are processed by payment providers.
• Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current term.

Acceptable use

• Comply with applicable laws (GDPR, B2B outreach, competition, etc.).
• Do not overload, circumvent, or access the service without authorization.
• No unlawful or harmful uses.

Third‑party content and sources

Data originates from external sources; mySearch does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such content.

Intellectual property

Interfaces, design and code are protected. No rights are transferred other than the license to use the service.

Warranty & liability

• Service is provided "as is"; no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
• mySearch disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Security & privacy

We apply reasonable security measures. Data processing is described in our Privacy policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts in case of breach or abusive use.

Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & disputes

French law. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
