These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions and services offered by mySearch (the "Service").

Services

mySearch is a SaaS service providing search, filtering and export features for data from public sources. No software ownership is transferred; you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Service.

Pricing & billing

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise and may change; changes apply to future, unbilled periods.
  • Payments are processed by payment providers. mySearch does not store card data.
  • Invoices are issued at each renewal and made available upon request or in your account area where provided.

Order & activation

Access is activated after payment confirmation. mySearch may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or use contrary to these terms.

Subscriptions & renewal

  • Plans renew automatically (monthly/annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; started periods are not refunded unless required by law.
  • Trials or promotions may be subject to specific conditions communicated at purchase time.

Right of withdrawal

As the Service targets professionals (B2B), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply. If performance starts in full with your express consent before any withdrawal period expires, you waive that right.

Service availability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain availability. Planned maintenance or incidents may occur without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.

Customer obligations

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, commercial outreach, competition) and third‑party rights.
  • Do not circumvent technical measures or disrupt the Service.
  • Keep credentials confidential and ensure billing information is accurate.

Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". mySearch is not responsible for third‑party content nor for indirect, intangible or consequential losses.
  • mySearch’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the customer in the last twelve (12) months.

Force majeure

mySearch is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure under French law.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, interfaces, graphics and source code remain the property of mySearch and/or its licensors. No rights are transferred other than a license to use the Service.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
